Regis Resources Limited (ASX:RRL) (Regis or the Company) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of its financial year ended 30 June 2023 is to be held on Thursday, 23 November 2023.

Details of the meeting venue and other meeting arrangements will be confirmed at a later date.

In line with legislative changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Regis Resources Limited ACN 009 174 761 ( Regis ) will no longer be sending physical meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted.
