ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – WITHDRAWAL OF RESOLUTIONS 3,4,5 and 7

Since the issue of the Notice of Annual General Meeting on 18 September 2008, the Company has welcomed feedback from its major shareholders on methods to remunerate members of the Board, and of the conversion of a related entity loan to equity in the current market environment.

In taking account of these views, the Directors of Regis have decided to reconsider the incentive structure for Board members. Further, the Board will consider the appropriate capital management of the company’s balance sheet including the conversion of debt to equity as the Company moves toward finalisation of the feasibility study and ultimately a move into project construction.

Accordingly, Resolutions 3,4,5 and 7 will be withdrawn from the resolutions proposed to be put to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting at 10.30am on 23 October 2008. The Directors of Regis look forward to your attendance at that meeting.
