- MICHAEL FOLIE (Non Executive Chairman) BE(Civil), DIC, MSc(Econ) PhD, FAICD) Dr Folie has ➣ had a distinguished career in the resource sector and is currently Deputy Chairman of InterOil Corporation and a Director of the Australian Research Council and the Institute of Public Affairs. He was previously a senior executive and Director with Shell Australia Limited and was the Executive Director responsible for Billiton Australia activities (alumina, gold, base metals and exploration) and Shell Coal – the third largest Australian producer. From 1994, he was the founding Managing Director and CEO of ASX listed gold producer Acacia Resources Limited.
- $\blacktriangleright$ DAVID WALKER (Managing Director) (BSc (Hons), MSc, MAusIMM) Mr Walker is the principal of Dalkeith Resources Pty Ltd and has over 15 years professional experience in the stockbroking. corporate finance and resource banking areas. Mr Walker, who gained a Master of Science degree from Oxford University, is a qualified Geologist and has worked in the Mining Industry. Mr Walker has been a rated equity analyst in the gold, diamonds, diversified resources and coal sectors. Prior to his current role, Mr Walker was a founding director of Auzeq Securities Ltd, an Executive Director of ABN AMRO Australia Securities and an Associate Director of CS First Boston Australia.
