SCA Property Group (ASX: SCP) provides the following information regarding the results of the Annual General Meeting of SCP held on 24 November 2021 in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2.
SCP is pleased to advise that resolutions 1-6 were passed by way of a poll by the requisite majority.
