ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

ACTIVATION OF DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN

SCA Property Group (ASX: SCP) (“SCP”) today announces the activation of its distribution reinvestment plan (“DRP”) on the terms of the Plan Rules. A full copy of the DRP Plan Rules and some common questions and answers are available on the SCP website www.scaproperty.com.au.

Unitholders can elect to participate in the Plan by visiting either www.scaproperty.com.au or https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au/Login/Login or calling the SCA Property Group Investor Services Line on 1300 318 976 (or +61 1300 318 976 for callers from outside Australia) and completing the DRP Election Form.

You can start, cancel or vary your participation in the DRP at any time by giving notice by 5.00pm on the business day following the record date for the relevant distribution period which, for this coming distribution, is 5.00pm on 3 January 2017.

For the initial distribution period, the DRP discount will be 1%. It is SCA Property Group’s intention to issue units to participants rather than transfer units to them.

Participation in the DRP is optional.

If you do not wish to participate no action on your part is required.

If you have previously registered to participate in the DRP, that registration remains valid and no further action on your part is required (unless you wish to cease participation in the DRP).
