Chief Executive Officer Succession Update
Region Group (ASX: RGN) announces that Greg Chubb will commence as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director on 9 March 2026.
Please refer to the ASX Announcement released on 1 September 2025 for Greg’s biographical details and key employment arrangements.
The incumbent Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Anthony Mellowes will continue in the role until Greg’s commencement.
Anthony will step back from the day-to-day operational responsibilities of RGN on 8 March 2026 and will remain employed until the conclusion of his contracted notice period which ends on 31 May 2026.
