APPOINTMENT OF JANE LLOYD AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As part of Region’s Board renewal process, and as foreshadowed in the Chair’s Address at the Annual General Meeting on 15 October 2024, Region Group (ASX: RGN) (“RGN”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jane Lloyd as a Non-Executive Director effective 12 November 2024.

Ms Lloyd has more than 30 years’ experience in Australian and international property markets across the commercial, retail, industrial and residential sectors. During her executive career, she held the positions of General manager of Development and Design, Commercial Property at Stockland, and numerous positions during her tenure at Dexus culminating in the position of Managing Director of US Investments. Ms Lloyd is a NonExecutive Director of the SHAPE Australia (ASX: SHA) and Cromwell Funds Management, a Board member of the Sydney Olympic Park Authority, a Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, and a Board advisor to Habilis.
