Appointment of CFO

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, Region Group (RGN) announces the appointment of David Salmon as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Salmon will commence with RGN on 7 April 2025.

Effective today, Evan Walsh has been appointed as RGN’s Chief Information Officer, and will remain as RGN’s interim CFO until Mr Salmon commences.

Mr Salmon has held senior positions over the past 20 years at Westfield Group and Scentre Group, and at FSP/Abacus Property Group and Ernst & Young before then. He brings extensive experience in real estate and finance, with particular expertise in retail property.

RGN CEO Anthony Mellowes said “I would like to congratulate David on his appointment, and look forward to his contribution as CFO of RGN as it continues to build on its success into the future. I would also like to thank Evan for his valuable contribution as CFO since stepping into the role in December 2022 and look forward to continuing to work with him in his new role.”
