Retirement of Non-Executive Director – Dr Kirstin Ferguson

SCA Property Group (ASX: SCP) today announces the retirement of Dr Kirstin Ferguson as a Non-Executive Director, effective 17 August 2021.

Dr Ferguson joined by the Board in 2015. She is the Chair of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Risk Management and Compliance Committee.

SCP’s Chairman, Philip Marcus Clark AO, said:

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Kirstin for her contribution and commitment to SCA Property Group over the past six years. She is the Chair of the Nomination Committee, and was previously the Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Her extensive knowledge and experience in safety and governance has been a valuable asset to the Board. It has been a pleasure to work alongside Kirstin and I wish her well for the future.”

SCP is well advanced with the search process for a new independent Non-Executive Director, with this process expected to be completed before the end of the calendar year.
