Annual General Meeting – Director nominations

Region Group (“RGN”) announces for purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1:

• The Annual General Meeting of Region Group will be held on Tuesday, 15 October 2024. Further guidance and information for participating, voting and asking questions will be contained in our Notice of Meeting.

• In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Monday, 26 August 2024, being at least 35 business days before the Annual General Meeting. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (Sydney time) on 26 August 2024 at the company’s registered office at:
