Annual General Meeting – Director nominations

Region Group (ASX: RGN) (“RGN”) announces for purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1:

• The Annual General Meeting of Region Group will be held on Monday, 23 October 2023. Further guidance and information for participating, voting and asking questions will be contained in our Notice of Meeting.

• In accordance with ASX listing rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Friday, 1 September 2023, being at least 35 business days before the Annual General Meeting. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (Sydney time) on 1 September 2023 at the company’s registered office at:
