Annual General Meeting – Director nominations

SCA Property Group (ASX: SCP) (“SCP”) announces for purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1:

• The Annual General Meeting of SCA Property Group will be held on Wednesday, 23 November 2022. Further guidance and information for participating, voting and asking questions will be contained in our Notice of Meeting.

• In accordance with ASX listing rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of director nominations is Wednesday, 5 October 2022, being at least 35 business days before the Annual General Meeting. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm (Sydney time) on 5 October 2022 at the company’s registered office at:
