Heimar hf.: Publication of Prospectus

Heimar hf., reg. no. 630109-1080, Hagasmári 1, 201 Kópavogur, has published a Prospectus in connection with a bond issuance program. The Prospectus is dated August 15, 2025 and has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Central Bank of Iceland. The Prospectus is issued in Icelandic and published electronically on the Company’s website https://www.heimar.is/en/investors/financing/bond-issue/. The Prospectus will be available on the website for ten years from the date of its approval.

Íslandsbanki hf. acted as the manager of the process for securing approval of the Prospectus from the Financial Supervisory Authority of the Central Bank of Iceland.

Please note that in case of discrepancy in the English and the Icelandic versions, the Icelandic version shall prevail.
