Successful listing on ASX and Corporate Presentation

Regener8 Resources NL (ASX: R8R) ( Regener8 or the Company ) is pleased to announce that the Company listed on the ASX on Friday 8 June 2022 following the successful completion of a $4.53M Initial Public Offering. The Company issued 22,690,000 shares at $0.20, thereby enabling the Company to advance its exploration program and continue to seek complementary value accretive opportunities.
Regener8 wishes to thank all shareholders, stakeholders and advisors involved throughout the last 6 months that culminated in this listing milestone.
