Closing Date for Direction Nominations

Regener8 Resources NL (ASX: R8R) ( Regener8 or the Company ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 9 November 2023. Further details in respect of the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be dispatched to Shareholders.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 7.1(p) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nomination from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director, is Tuesday, 19 September 2023.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Tuesday, 19 September 2023.
