With deep sorrow, we hereby inform that our Company’s Executive Chairman and Promoter, Dr. G N Naidu (DIN: 00105597), aged 85 years, has left for his heavenly abode on April 29, 2026. Dr. G N Naidu founded the Company and played a pivotal role in nurturing its growth, guiding the company to become a prominent name in the field of Ceramic Industry.

Dr. G N Naidu was a visionary leader known for his positivity, enthusiasm, and kindness. The Company has immensely benefitted from his invaluable guidance, unwavering commitment, and exemplary leadership. His demise is an irreparable loss to the Company, his family, and all those who had the privilege of being associated with him.

The management and employees of the Company express their heartfelt condolences to his family. The Company remains committed to upholding and furthering the vision of excellence and high professional standards established by Dr. G. N. Naidu.
