On January 11, 2018, Regency Centers Corporation (the “Company”) will be hosting an Investor Day in New York beginning at 12:30 pm Eastern standard time. The Company is furnishing as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K the presentation materials to be provided to and discussed with the attendees at the Investor Day.
