Gen III Oil Corporation announced the appointment of Bob Rennie to the board of directors (the “ Board ”) of the Company and granted stock options.
Item 5. Full Description of Material Change
The Company announced the appointment of Bob Rennie to its Board. The Company also announced the grant of 750,000 stock options to Bob Rennie in connection with his appointment to the Board. The stock options were granted at an exercise price of $0.85 per option and valid for a period of two years from the date of grant. The options vest 90 days from the date of grant.
