Issue of VGI Partners Limited (ASX:VGI) shares

Subsequent to the VGI Annual General Meeting held on 21 April 2020 where shareholder approval for the issue of VGI shares ("Alignment Shares") was obtained in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 10.11, the Alignment Shares have now been issued to investors who participated in the initial public offering of VGI Partners Asian Investments Limited (ASX: VG8) and were related parties of VGI.

ASX Listing Rule 3.19A requires directors of listed companies to disclose details of shares in which they have a relevant interest.

An Appendix 3Y has been filed today on behalf of Mr. Douglas Tynan in respect of the issue of the Alignment Shares.
