10 September 2024 - ReFuels N.V., one of Europe's leading suppliers of

renewable biomethane (Bio-CNG) for the decarbonisation of heavy goods

vehicles, today published Bio-CNG station data for August 2024.

* 4,539 tonnes of Bio-CNG was dispensed from 14 public access refuelling

stations in operation during August 2024, an increase of 18% from 3,839

tonnes in August 2023 (12 stations).

* The average daily dispensed volume was 146 tonnes in August 2024 compared to

124 tonnes dispensed per day in August 2023.

* For the three months ending 31 August 2024, the total dispensed volume was

13,642 tonnes, an increase of 24% compared to the same period in 2023.

* In August, a daily average of 1,765 vehicles refuelled at ReFuels' Bio-CNG

stations, compared to 1,443 vehicles for the same period last year,

corresponding to a 21% growth.

"Dispensed Bio-CNG volumes continue to grow from last year, despite August

being impacted by lower utilisation from one of our larger customers who

experienced some temporary operational issues. The number of vehicles

refuelling at our pumps was also somewhat lower than expected as new

deliveries were soft during the summer. Entering September, we see a gradual

increase in demand as well as deliveries of new trucks picking up, providing a

positive outlook going forward", said Philip Fjeld, CEO of ReFuels.

ReFuels had 163 unique customer fleets refuelling across the network in the

three months ending 31 August 2024, compared to 139 for the comparable period

in 2023.

Through the CNG Fuels brand, ReFuels operates 14 public access Bio-CNG

stations on major trucking routes in the UK. ReFuels has two stations under

construction, one in Doncaster in South Yorkshire, one of the UK's largest

logistics hubs, and one in Livingston in Scotland, which will enable

low-emission transport between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Refuels maintains its

target of having 30-40 stations in operation and under construction by

end-2026.
