ReFuels N.V. announces EGM results and extension of period to prepare annual accounts

ReFuels N.V. (ticker: REFL) ("ReFuels"), one of Europe's leading suppliers of

renewable biomethane (Bio-CNG) for the decarbonisation of heavy goods vehicles

listed on Euronext Growth Oslo, announces that the Extraordinary General

Meeting of Shareholders (the "EGM") was held at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport

Hotel and Conference Center, Schiphol Boulevard 101, 1118 BG Haarlemmermeer,

the Netherlands on August 27, 2024, at 14:00 CEST.

The following resolution was tabled at the EGM and duly passed:

* Agenda item (3) -- Extension of preparation of annual accounts.

The result of the vote on the proposal tabled at the EGM is as follows:

a) Total issued share capital of ReFuels: 60,865,872 ordinary shares.

b) Total number of votes validly cast at EGM: 39,541,783.

c) Percentage of issued share capital represented under b) above: 64.96%.

Although ReFuels has obtained consent from its shareholders for an extension

of 3 months only (rather than the maximum statutory period of 5 months

allowed) the company expects that a much shorter period will enable ReFuels'

accountants to complete their audit and allow ReFuels to issue its Annual

Report to the market.
