Company has received application from Promoters Jagdish Jain and Seema jain to be reclassified from promoters to public shareholders. Company vide its AGM held on 31st July $2\sigma$ 18 obtained approval from shareholders for reclassification and filed the applications with respective stock exchanges for the same. Stock exchanges after reviewing and verifying approved Re classification vide its letter dated 25.03.2019 of Mr Jagdish jain and Mrs Seema jain.
