We wish to inform you that in terms of Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, is scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 02, 2024 , interalia , to consider and approve the proposal for fund raising by way of issue of equity shares/ preference shares/ warrants/ any other securities through preferential issue on a private placement basis, qualified institutional placement, rights issue or any other methods or combination thereof, subject to approval from the shareholders in the ensuing general meeting and sanctions/approvals from the other regulatory/ governmental authorities, as may be required.
Further, in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, shall remain closed w.e.f. Thursday, February 29, 2024 , and the same shall re-open on Tuesday, March 05, 2024 .
