Subject: Intimation of Incorporation of Subsidiary Company under Refex Industries Limited (REFEX)

Ref.: Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “SEBI Listing Regulations”).

This is in reference to our Intimation dated 02[nd] March, 2023 relating to the Incorporation of a Subsidiary of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we hereby wish to inform that, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved incorporation of the Subsidiary of the Company in the name of “Refex Green Mobility Limited” on March 14, 2023. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same.

The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is attached herewith as “Annexure A”.
