Sub: Intimation and Rescheduling of the Board Meeting

Dear Sir/Madam,

In this regard we wish to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company has been postponed and is now proposed to be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.

Further, inter‐alia, the Board will also consider fund raising through equity including by the way of Rights Issue of Equity Shares to the existing Shareholders of the Company.

Please note that in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st April 2021 and shall reopen after 48 hours of announcing its Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021 (both days inclusive).
