Sub: Outcome of the Board Meeting – Application for Power Trading License with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Pursuant to the requirements of the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 including any modification or amendments thereof, for the time being in force, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. November 26, 2021, has decided to enter into the Power Trading Business segment and in order to undertake such business has accorded is approval to file application to obtain Category ‐I Power Trading License with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (‘ CERC’ ) as per CERC (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for grant of trading license and other related matters) Regulations, 2020.

The Board commenced its meeting at 03.00 P.M and concluded at 04.00 P.M.
