This is to inform you that the Company’s Eighteenth Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, the 29[th] December, 2020 at 11.30 A.M via Video Conferencing.

Notice is also hereby given under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, the 25.12.2020 to Tuesday the 29.12.2020 for the purpose of AGM.
