Notice is also hereby given under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 26.09.2019 to 30.09.2019 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
