Şirketimiz tarafından Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve Sermaye Pitasası Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Finansal Eksen Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 976.180.639 TL net dönem zararı ve Vergi Usul Kanunu esaslarına göre düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarımıza göre 518.871.445,47 TL net dönem karı elde edilmiştir.

Şirketimizin 2024 faaliyet yılı için Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Finansal Eksen Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 heap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre dağıtılabilir kâr bulunmadığından, kâr dağıtımı yapılmamasına ve bu önerinin Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına yönetim kurulumuz tarafından karar verilmiştir.
