Redstone Resources Ltd (ASX: RDS) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Redstone Resources Ltd (‘RDS’) will be halted at the request of RDS, pending the release of an announcement by RDS.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

RDS’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Re: Trading Halt Request

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Redstone Resources Limited ( ASX: RDS ) (‘ Redstone ’ or the ‘ Company ’) hereby requests an immediate halt in trading of Redstone’s securities pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a proposed capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 and such time as the Company makes the announcement referred to above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
