RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW
Redstone Resources Limited ( ASX: RDS , Redstone or the Company ) advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 12,500,001 fully paid ordinary shares held in the Company will be released from voluntary escrow ( Escrowed Shares ) on or after 10 January 2024.
The Escrowed Shares were issued as part consideration to secure an exclusive Option Agreement to acquire 100% of the Radisson East and Sakami Lithium Projects located in James Bay, Québec, Canada in July 2023.
