TRADING HALT

The securities of Redstone Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 5 February 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Redstone Resources Limited (ASX:RDS) (the Company) requests a voluntary trading halt on its securities effective from co m mencement of normal trading on Monday 3 F e bruary 2014 and provides the following infor m ation in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

• The trading halt is re q uested as the Company is currently finalising a c apital raising.

• The Company reque s ts that the trading halt be lifted on the earlier o f the release of an announcement to the market or on the commencement of n o rmal trading on Wednesday 5 February 2014.

• The Company expects the trading halt will cease by making of an ann o uncement of the kind referred above.

• The Company is not a ware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
