DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Redstone Resources Limited ( ASX: RDS ) (“ Redstone” or “the Company ”) is plea s ed to anno u nce that Mr Clint o n Wolf has today joine d the board o f the Company as a no n ‐executive d irector.

Mr Wol f is a Direc t or of boutique financi a l services f irm Azure C apital and is a highly regarded Australi a n Indigeno u s leader wi t h over 20 y ears profes s ional experience in the mining ind u stry. Mr Wolf ha s completed a Bachelor o f Laws and Bachelor of A rts degree at Murdoch University.

Mr Wol f is the Chai r man of the rapidly gro w ing mining , civil and c o nstruction c ompany, Indigenous Constru c tion Resou r ce Group (I C RG). He is also the Chairman of t h e Western A ustralian A boriginal Lands T r ust, a signif i cant landholder with re s ponsibility f or approxi m ately 27 million hectar e s or 11% of the S t ate's land m ass.

Mr Wol f ’s previous executive leadership r o les includ e as Chief E x ecutive Of f icer of the Western Desert L ands Abori g inal Council where he led the neg o tiations of a landmark transaction between the Mar t u People o f Western A u stralia and Rio Tinto a n d its sale of the world c lass Kintyre Uranium deposit to the Cam e co/Mitsubi s hi joint ve n ture. He w a s also Chief Executive O fficer of th e Yamatji Land an d Sea Council and of the Pilbara Nat i ve Title Ser v ice. Mr Wolf has also c o nsulted to a number of signi f icant mini n g and exploration co m panies, in c luding Kimberley Dia m onds, Consolidated Mineral s , Pilbara M a nganese, Pilbara Chro m ite, Rio Tint o , De Grey M ining, Atlas Iron, Sons o f Gwalia, Aquila Resources, Moly Mines a n d Blina Dia m onds.
