R e dstone Resources Ltd Board Changes
Redstone Resources Limited (ASX:RDS) (Redstone or the Company) announ c es changes to its board of directors as the Co m pany prepares for the next stage of develop m ent of its exciting Tollu Copper-Nickel (Cu-Ni) Project in Western Australia.
Board Appointments
Mr Edward van Heemst ha s been appointed as a non-executive director and Mr Anthony Ailakis has been appointed a s executive director.
Mr Edward van Heemst is a prominent Perth businessman with 40 years e xperience in the management of a diverse ra n ge of activities with large private companies.
Mr van Heemst is currently t he Managing Director of Vanguard Press and C hairman of Perth Racing. Mr van Heemst h o lds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from t he University of Melbourne, an MBA from th e University of Western Australia and is a mem b er of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Au s tralia.
Mr van Heemst has been a significant investor in the WA mining sector ove r decades and has built a substantial sharehol d ing in Redstone since the discovery of significant hydrothermal copper sulphide mineralisati o n at Tollu in the West Musgrave region of West e rn Australia.
The addition to the Board o f Mr van Heemst’s extensive knowledge of ca p ital markets and established mining industry n etworks will assist the Company as it moves into its next stage of development at its highly pr o mising Tollu Cu-Ni Project.
Mr Ailakis is a founder of Redstone and returns to the board after three years as the company’s Operations Mana g er, during which time he has overseen the discovery of the Tollu Cu-Ni Project. Mr Ailakis hol d s law degrees from the University of Western Australia and has extensive experience in the management of mineral exploration thro u gh his 20 year involvement in the mineral e x ploration sector.

Resignations
Mr Barry Woodhouse and Mr David Le Roy have formalised their resignations from the Redstone board.
Mr Anthony Howland-Rose h a s also resigned as strategic adviser to the Boar d .
