APPOINTMENT AND RETIREMENT OF DIRECTORS

Redstone Resources Limited (ASX: RDS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Anthony Edwin John as a non-executive director effective immediately.

Mr John has specialised experience in equity capital markets and the provision of merger and acquisition services with particular focus on large private companies operating in the mining service and distribution industries.

Mr John is an authorised representative of Patersons Securities Limited, specialising in the provision of advice to high net-worth private clients. Mr John has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University and is an associate member of CPA Australia.

Mr Anthony Ailakis retired as executive director following conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting held today. The Board would like to thank Mr Ailakis for his contributions to the Board and the Company to date.
