Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities/closely associated person

Bridgemere Securities Limited (an entity controlled by the trustees of the Trinity Trust ("the Trustees"), a trust settled by Steve Morgan, the Chairman of Redrow plc, in 1996 for the benefit of his family) has transferred 4,200,000 shares (the "Shares"), representing 1.14% of the issued share capital of Redrow plc. The Shares will ultimately be held for the benefit of Mr Morgan's child. The Transfer was made in accordance with a resolution of the Trustees as part of long-term inheritance planning.
