CONTRACT

Redrow plc advises that Redrow Homes' contract with affiliates of Hondo Enterprises and US fund Angelo, Gordon, for the sale of Redrow Homes' interests in the development at One Commercial Street, London (including all of the commercial floors) at a sale price of £46.75M, is now unconditional with legal completion due to take place on 28 November 2014.
