Redrow plc ("Redrow") announces that nil consideration options issued under the Company's Long Term Share Incentive Plan ("the Scheme") for year ended June 2010 vested on 18th February 2014 and 20th April 2014 respectively.

The following directors and person discharging managerial responsibility on 29th April 2014 exercised their nil consideration options over the following number of ordinary shares of 10p each in Redrow issued under the Scheme:
