DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Redrow plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicky Dulieu as a Non-Executive Director. She joins the Board with effect from the close of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Company which shall take place later today. Nicky will join the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect from the same time.

Nicky has extensive Non-Executive Director experience. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Huntsworth plc and Adnams plc and holds the Chair position in Notcutts Group Ltd. Nicky will also join the board of Marshall Motor Holdings plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January 2020.

Nicky trained as an accountant with Marks & Spencer Group plc and held various strategic and financial roles within the company over a 23 year period. Following this, Nicky was appointed to the Board of Hobbs Limited and became Chief Executive from 2008 until 2014.
