Redrow plc (the "Company") confirms that, further to the announcement of 7 November 2018, Steve Morgan retired from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 March 2019.
John Tutte, the previous Group Chief Executive, has been appointed as Executive Chairman and Matthew Pratt, the previous Regional CEO of Redrow's Southern businesses, has been appointed to the executive position of Chief Operating Officer (together, the "Appointments"). The Appointments are effective from today's date.
John Tutte, Executive Chairman, commented:
"Steve has made a huge and distinguished contribution to both Redrow and the wider industry. He leaves the business in great shape and I look forward to continuing to work with my Redrow colleagues to build upon his legacy".
The Company confirms that, in respect of Matthew Pratt, there are no details to disclose in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13R.
