Redox Limited (ACN 000 762 345) (ASX: RDX) ( Redox or Company ) advises that it has despatched holding statements in respect of its recently completed Offer of fully paid ordinary shares under the replacement prospectus lodged by the Company and Redox Group Limited ACN 650 345 332 ( SaleCo ) with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 21 June 2023 ( Prospectus ).
