2025 Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Redox Limited (ASX:RDX) advises the 2025 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) will be held at Swissotel Sydney, 68 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 as a hybrid meeting (in person and online) at 11:00 a.m. (AEST) on Wednesday 8 October 2025.
The closing date for the Company’s receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the AGM is 5:00 p.m. (AEST) on Tuesday 5 August 2025.
Further details relating to the AGM will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.
