  • AND: Each person to whom offers were made under the takeover bid by Fox Resources Limited (ABN 44 079 902 499) (Fox) for shares in Hannans

WITHDRAWAL OF TAKEOVER OFFERS

Fox gives notice that it WITHDRAWS all unaccepted offers made under its takeover bid for all the shares in Hannans (Fox Offer) that is contained in its bidder's statement dated 1 May 2009 and despatched on 18 May 2009 (Bidder's Statement). Under the terms of the withdrawal, unaccepted offers made under the Fox Offer will no longer be capable of acceptance by Hannans shareholders. The effect of the withdrawal is to bring forward the close of the offer period of Fox's takeover bid to 25 June 2009. This causes Fox's takeover bid to close with unfulfilled defeating conditions and, therefore, all acceptances of the Fox Offer are void.
