It is with great sadness that Hannans Reward advises shareholders of the passing of Dr Ernest Dechow, Director

Dr Ernest William Chetham Dechow passed away at his Family property on Saturday 18 October 2008.

Without Ernie Dechow, Hannans Reward Ltd would never have come into existence. Ernie provided the encouragement to start the Company at his Family property near Albany, Western Australia in early 2002. He was a Founding Director and technical adviser since inception. Much of Hannans’ growth can be attributed to Ernie’s contributions. The extended Hannans Reward team including the Board, Staff and Consultants learnt a great deal from this highly professional gentleman over the last six years and we will all miss him. We’ll never forget Ernie’s advice that “geology is not a science but an art with an element of good luck.”

Our deepest sympathy is extended to Sue and the Dechow Family.
