TRADING HALT
The securities of Hannans Reward Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 7 March, 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Hannans Reward Ltd (ASX:HNR) requests an immediate trading halt in its securities.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a material acquisition and capital raising.
Hannans requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an announcement, or the commencement of trading on Monday 7 March 2016.
We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor are we aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
