Exercise Price of Unlisted Options (Tranche 3)

Hannans Ltd (ASX: HNR) ( Hannans or Company ) notes that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2014 shareholders approved the issue of options to directors, employees and management in three tranches.

Hannans can now advise that the option exercise price for the Tranche 3 options has been set at 2.9 cents per option. The exercise price is calculated by adding a premium of 50% to the volume weighted average price of Hannans shares for the 10 trading days after the AGM held on 20 November 2016.

Please note that no new or additional options have been, or are being issued as a result of this ASX release.

The updated capital structure of Hannans is as follows:
