Exercise Price of Unlisted Options (Tranche 2)

Hannans Reward Ltd (ASX: HNR) (Hannans or the Company) notes that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting in 2014 shareholders approved the issue of options to employees.

As required by the ASX Listing Rules Hannans can now advise that option exercise price for the Tranche 2 options have been set. The exercise price of the options is calculated by taking the volume weighted average share price for Hannans for the 10 trading days after 20 November 2015 and adding a premium of 50%.

Please note that no new or additional options have been, or are being issued as a result of this ASX release.

The updated capital structure of Hannans is therefore as follows:
