SHARE PURCHASE PLAN TO RAISE $1.5 MILLION

Hannans Reward Ltd ( Hannans ) (ASX:HNR) is pleased to provide eligible shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for Hannans shares at a 15% discount by participating in a Share Purchase Plan ( Plan ), which seeks to raise $1.5 million.

Eligible shareholders will be provided with the opportunity to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of shares under the Plan at a 15% discount to the 5 day volume weighted average price of Hannans shares before the closing date of the offer, free of brokerage, and commission. The Plan will close on Friday, 26 October 2012 so shareholders are required to act quickly.

The Directors have determined that the Plan be made eligible to registered shareholders owning fully paid ordinary shares in Hannans as at 5.00pm WST on Friday, 28 September 2012 ( Record Date ).

Hannans’ last capital raising was completed in September 2009 when it raised $5.5 million. The proceeds from the 2009 capital raising and proceeds from selling the Hannans’ investment portfolio have enabled the Company to fund its aggressive exploration program during the last three years.

The funds raised will be allocated to assist Hannans to:

• continue drilling to upgrade the JORC Iron resource at the Rakkurijoki project located in Sweden;

• complete a preliminary scoping study for the Rakkurijoki project; and

• continue exploration for copper and gold in Sweden, Norway and Australia.
