Stock Exchange Listing of Hannans Scandinavia AB

•Hannans has agreed to seed fund Swedish company Hannans Scandinavia AB as astand alone company with the intention of listing it on a relevant stock exchange in theshort term; Hannans shareholders will be given opportunity to participate in the futurelisting
o	The Hannans Board has today ratified an agreement with Mr Olof Forslund,recently retired Regional Manager of the Sweden Geological Survey in Mala,Sweden to create a resources company focussed on exploration and productionopportunities within the Scandinavian Shield, generally covering prospectivegeological settings in Sweden, Norway and Finland
o	Mr Forslund has been appointed Managing Director of Hannans ScandinaviaAB and will be responsible for developing strategy, an exploration team andportfolio of projects.
o	Mr Ake Sonnbrink a retired long serving manager of global mining equipmentmanufacturer Swedish company Atlas Copco has been appointed an AlternateDirector of Hannans Scandinavia AB; the Chairman of Hannans ScandinaviaAB is Hannans' Managing Director Hicks
o	The opportunity to establish Hannans Scandinavia AB is a result of a long termbusiness relationship between Hannans' directors Mr William Hicks and DrErnest Dechow and Mr Ake Sonnbrink; and follows visits to Scandinavia by theaforementioned directors, Hannans Exploration Manager Ms Karyn Lyons andsubsequently Hannans' Managing Director, Mr Damian Hicks
o	Sweden is considered to be under-explored due to government controlsprohibiting foreign companies from undertaking exploration activities in thecountry prior to the early 1990's; Sweden has a history of mining world classdeposits (iron and copper)
o	Applications for two Exploration Permits have recently been submitted byHannans Scandinavia AB covering ground prospective for copper and zinc
o	A review of historical information in Mala, Sweden has commenced with the aimof identifying additional projects that have short to medium term production /cash flow potential

The decision to expand Hannans activities to the Scandinavian Shield was based on the exciting iron, uranium, gold, copper, zinc and lead potential of the region and opportunity work with Mr Olof Forslund.

Mr Olof Forslund, Managing Director, Hannans Scandinavia AB

Mr Forslund is a geophysicist and has extensive international experience in the minerals exploration industry, particularly in the development and application of geophysical instruments and radar technology. His assignments have covered activities in Sweden, Japan, South Korea, Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Canada and the USA. For the past five years (2003 – 2007) Mr Forslund was Regional Manager of the Geological Survey of Sweden's Mineral Resources Information Office in Mala, Sweden (www.sgu.se/sgu/en/) and was also a founding shareholder and President of MALÅ GeoScience (www.malags.com) between 1994 and 1998. MALÅ is currently the global leader in the design and manufacture of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) systems. Mr Forslund has an extensive network of contacts through Scandinavia covering geophysicists, geologists, drilling companies, government and industry. He was responsible for the Sweden Geological Survey's active participation at the Prospectors and Developer's Conference (otherwise known as PDAC) in Toronto, Canada.

History of Mining in Sweden

The history of mining and metal production in Sweden goes back a thousand years, and this, our first industry, has been of great economic importance to the country. Mining and metal production are still important Swedish industries, and Sweden is one of the leading ore and metal-producing countries in the EU.

The total annual production of ores and metals has changed little in the last 30 years and ore production amounts to about 45 million tonnes, half of which is iron ore and the rest gold, silver, copper, zinc and lead ore. Sweden is by far the largest iron ore producer in the European Union, and it is also among the leading producers of the base metals copper, zinc and lead and the precious metals gold and silver.

The history of exploration for new ores is as old as the history of mining in Sweden. Today, exploration is more intensive than ever and is carried out by large and small Swedish and foreign exploration companies. As a result of exploration activities in the last few years, two new mines have come into operation and a new gold mine will start producing in 2008. During the same period the quantity of profitable ores in existing mines has been increased by effective and successful exploration in the vicinity of the mines. Hannans Scandinavia AB will be based in Mala, Sweden and will initially focus on opportunities in Sweden.

This agreement become unconditional today after ratification by the Board of Hannans Reward Ltd.
