Forrestania Exploration Update

RC Drilling
o A reverse circulation (RC) drill rig is scheduled to return to the ForrestaniaProject in February 2008. The RC programme is being planned to test bothnickel and gold targets
o All assay results from the 8 hole RC programme have now been received
•Down-hole Geophysical Surveys
o Down-hole Electromagnetic (DHEM) surveys have been completed on therecently drilled RC holes at Stormbreaker Prospect
•Ground Geophysical Surveys
o A deep penetrating ground geophysical survey (referred to as SQUID) isscheduled to be completed during December 2007 to better refine a previouslyidentified conductor – refer to the attached Project Plan
o A Moving Loop Electromagnetic (MLEM) survey is scheduled to be completedin January 2008 to test a previously unsurveyed area of recently interpretedultramafic rocks in close proximity to the Beautiful Sunday nickel occurrence –refer to attached Project Plan
o The aim of the SQUID and MLEM surveys is to identify conductive rocks thatmay indicate the presence of a nickel hosting bedrock source
•Forrestania Project – Location Plan
o The attached tenement map highlights Hannans position within the Forrestaniaregion relative to the high grade Flying Fox nickel sulphide mine owned byWestern Areas NL and the high grade Lounge Lizard nickel sulphide projectowned by Kagara Zinc Ltd.

Hannans Reward Ltd (Hannans) has entered the next phase of nickel sulphide and gold exploration at the Forrestania Project (117km2 project area) with geophysical surveys and drilling on-going during the next three months as set out below. Hannans is committed to the substantial amount of additional nickel and gold exploration required to fully test the potential of this well located project.

From a nickel perspective, exploration has so far been focused within exploration license E77/514 covering an area of 14.3km2 . The next two geophysical surveys (SQUID and MLEM), scheduled to commence during December 2007 and January 2008 will be undertaken within exploration license E77/1354 which also covers an area of 14.3km2 . This particular tenement directly adjoins ground held by nickel miner, Western Areas NL.

The MLEM survey is a reconnaissance technique used to identify conductors potentially hosting massive nickel sulphides to depth of 200m. This technique is to be used in an area previously not tested with ground geophysics where aeromagnetic interpretations highlight the possibility of ultramafic rocks. In contrast, the SQUID survey penetrates deeper and is a more detailed survey. The SQUID survey is to be conducted over a historically identified conductor to aid drill-hole targeting. The aim is to drill test any conductive targets delineated from these surveys in February 2008.

All assay results from the eight recently drilled RC holes have now been received without significant nickel sulphide mineralisation being returned. The holes have also been assessed via down-hole electromagnetic (DHEM) geophysical surveys. Whilst one off-hole conductor was returned that correlated strongly with an intercepted Banded Iron Formation unit the presence of barren sulphides within the holes provides encouragement that the geophysical techniques being used are effective. The assays (elevated gold and arsenic) and the DHEM survey from this particular hole are considered geologically interesting from a gold exploration perspective and this will be followed up in due course.

From a gold perspective, exploration has so far been focused within mining lease M77/544 (North Ironcap) which covers an area of 4.33km2 . A 6 to 8 RC drill-hole programme is currently being planned to further test the northerly extension to the gold targets at the North Ironcap gold prospect. This programme follows up the RAB drilling programme completed by Hannans during August 2007 that proved ineffective in fully testing the target horizon. The aim is to test this target in fresh rock (approx 100m below surface) in February 2008. All drill programmes are subject to receiving the necessary government and stakeholder approvals.

Hannans looks forward to continuing its exploration at the Forrestania Project with a view to making a significant nickel sulphide or gold discovery in 2008.
